mag. Nataša Štelcer
She graduated in 1998 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor in the field of labor law and social security law. Master’s degree in 2007 cum laude completed at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, in the field of International labor law. After completing her studies, she acquired her knowledge and skills as a court trainee and consultant for property legal affairs in the judiciary and the economy field. She became a lawyer on 1.1.2004. She is a lawyer with extensive experience in the field of labor law and social security law, commercial law, corporate governance (with practical experience gained through membership in the supervisory bodies and advising the management boards of large companies), procurement rules, insolvency law, including the practical aspects of financial and business corporate restructuring, and contract law. As a Lawyer, she regularly makes use of her English, German, Serbian and Croatian, and occasionally French language skills.
She is the author of two Comments of the Employment Relationships Act (2008 and 2014), the author of Employment contracts with comments (2008), and Book of samples from labor law (2014).
Since 2015 she is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bar Association of Slovenia, and holding the certificate of ZNS (Slovenian directors Association).
